West Way Nissan commissioned Vantage Vehicle Conversions to create their fleet of dedicated customer delivery vehicles, the first two are now on the road.
West Way Nissan were keen to offer their fleet and leasing customers, the option of a premium delivery service, with their new car delivered in its own covered trailer directly from the PDI centre. The service was introduced at the beginning of July and is already proving to be incredibly popular with more vehicles set to join the fleet later this year.
Vantage Vehicle Conversions, completed the conversion of the new customer delivery vehicles – Nissan Navara’s – which included the fitting of:
- The KP1 Smartwitness, the world’s most advanced vehicle incident witness camera with built in tracking and telematics data. This allows both the customer and West Way Nissan to track the vehicle delivery;
- Internal LED lighting allowing customers to fully inspect their new car inside the trailer, regardless of weather conditions;
- A vehicle load liner, tow bar with 13 electrics and roller shutter.

Vantage Vehicle Conversions is delighted to announce that following the success of the first two covered premium car delivery vehicles, West Way Nissan has now expanded their delivery fleet to three vehicles. This latest addition to the fleet is dedicated to transporting the Nissan Navara Pickup and Light Commercial Vehicles up to 3.3 tonne.
The customer delivery vehicles were originally dedicated to serving West Way Nissan’s corporate fleet customers who wanted to enjoy a car showroom experience on their own drive. However, the success of the service has led to the sign-off of two further customer delivery vehicles which will form part of a Platinum Service that West Way Nissan Leasing will be offering to its clients going forward.
