Van Lining

Vantage supplies and fits a range of van linings for all budgets and uses, these include wooden ply lining, polypropylene (plastic) vehicle linings, aluminium chequer plate lining and spray on linings.

Van Ply lining

Vantage manufactures and fits ply lining kits for a comprehensive range of commercial vehicles including Ford, Mercedes, Vauxhall, Nissan, VW, Renault, Citroen, Peugeot, Fiat, Iveco and Toyota. Ply lining is often fitted as part of a van conversion that includes other internal and external fittings to tailor the vehicle to the client’s exact requirements. Vantage can also supply ply lining in kit form for self-installation.

Lining a van not only protects the van interior from dents and scratches but also offers improved protection for the van’s cargo, and can often improve the re-sale value of a van.

All of our ply lining kits are cut in our state-of-the-art workshop based in Telford, Shropshire. For complete accuracy our ply lining kits are precision cut on-site using industry-leading CNC machines.

We have a range of van ply lining options to suit all budgets; all of our ply lining kits are manufactured to a consistently high quality, using hardwood plywood. Options are available for ply lining that is both water and heat resistant and sourced from FSC certified sources.

Our standard ply lining kits include protective side walls and door panels fabricated from 5.5mm plywood which although extremely durable and hard wearing are also flexible enough to follow interior contours allowing a perfect finish. Protective floor panels and wheel arch covers are fabricated from 9mm plywood. For easy self-installation ply lining kits come with pre-drilled holes and easy to follow, step-by-step instructions. In addition, an 18 mm plywood Bulkhead option is also available.

Polypropylene (plastic) Vehicle Linings

Polypropylene can be used to line the sides and door panels of vans, and for anti-slip flooring. It can be welded and shaped to contour your vehicle and offers a professional vehicle interior finish, making it popular with councils.

Using a polypropylene vehicle lining reduces weight (compared to plywood) and offers a non-absorbent wipe clean service, making it a good option for carriers of oils and contaminants as spills can be easily cleaned up.

Available in white or light grey polypropylene is a bright, light reflecting surface that can negate the need to fit additional internal lighting.

Spray-on Vehicle Liners

Vantage also offers SPEEDLINER Europe – a spray on waterproof and durable van lining solution that can protect your van against water ingress, rust and corrosion. SPEEDLINER is also the ideal solution if you require load area cleaning and washing capabilities to meet specific vehicle hygiene requirements.
